Director of Insight & Program Design

Gray is serving as the Director of Insight & Program Design at Change Craft, where he leads research, strategy, and program design efforts that help organizations better understand and serve the communities they support. An applied researcher and public impact strategist, Gray brings more than a decade of experience in behavioral insights, community engagement, qualitative research, and culturally responsive program development. His work has spanned government agencies, healthcare systems, nonprofits, and social impact initiatives, with a particular focus on immigrant, Latino, and underserved communities. Gray is known for translating complex community experiences and stakeholder perspectives into actionable insights that inform policy, programs, communications, and systems change. He holds a PhD in Social Anthropology from the University of California, Irvine.
