Background: As an employee Change Agent at the Omaha World-Herald, Heidi was certified as a team trainer and worked as a member of the initial group that took over training responsibilities from ChangeCraft™ consultants. Later, she formed a group that created and implemented a team coaching process to address the problem of change teams collapsing from within. That process lives on more than two years after ChangeCraft™ left the project.

She managed the Change Team and Change Team Coaching processes during ChangeCraft's tenure with Lucent Technologies. Currently, she manages the Change Team and Change Team Coaching processes at Newsday. Her work at Newsday also included conducting a job activity research project that utilized employee volunteers. She is an integral part of ChangCraft's core team of practitioners.

Heidi holds an M.A. in communication and a B.S. in journalism. She served as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Nebraska and is author of most current ChangeCraft™ training material.
