Larry Hall

Larry is principal of his own firm – Laurence Hall & Associates – which has recently moved from Chicago to Deltaville, Virginia. He holds a Ph.D. in psychology and, while a faculty member at the University of Chicago, researched high-performance companies, teams and individuals. He has conducted his research in the boardrooms of Fortune 10 companies, inside nuclear power plants (working with record-setting generator replacement teams), in fast-growing start-up companies and on location with world-class rock climbing, military and sports teams. Over the past 20 years, Larry has consulted to corporations such as AT&T, Bechtel, Motorola and 3M. He has served in organizational development and transformation projects at Amoco, W.W. Grainger, Allstate Insurance and The New York Times. He is co-author of ChangeCraft™'s coaching process.
