Many well-established and successful organizations reach a point when senior executives realize that fundamental process changes are essential if the enterprise is to maintain its competitive position in today's challenging marketplace. The organization has outgrown its present structures. Networks that used to serve now hinder performance. Bureaucracy has become unwieldy and immovable. They know if the organization continues on its present course, the organization’s survival is in real question.
Usually, company leaders have tried many things to force the company to change like new vision statements, reengineering, new systems, replacing various managers. Nothing has worked.
ChangeCraft offers company leaders a new, holistic process to needed transformation, to create new networks and relationships within the organization: new ways to do business. It is a process that changes the DNA of the organization, its nature.
ChangeCraft uses the interaction and relationship between at least five disciplines to create profound change. All these disciplines must be present. The relationship and interaction between those disciplines creates the climate and structure to support invention.
Like a DNA molecule, the organization and interaction of the five elements creates the nature of the change.

In the same way that a DNA strand determines whether a person has brown eyes, brown hair, the DNA of transformation can be customized to create the kind of change the organization requires. During the last 20 years of our work and study with various cases, all of these elements were present and interacting with each other, to create a wave of change in successful transformation efforts.
